How to book for more than a couple of people
Use the same form everyone else uses and set the number of adults and children. There is no separate group form, no minimum party size and no group rate to negotiate — the per-person price is the same whether you are two or twenty.
Put anything the guides should know in the message box: a birthday, someone who is nervous, someone who cannot swim, or the fact that you would rather all be in the same boat.
What we cannot promise about boats
That your whole group rides in one raft. Boats are loaded by the guide team at the base, balanced by weight and by who needs to sit where, and that call is theirs on the day.
What we can do is tell them in advance. A group that asked to stay together usually does, and a group that never mentioned it usually gets split — so mention it.
The forty-place ceiling
Our system takes up to forty places on one departure. Beyond that, or if you want a departure to yourselves, message us on WhatsApp before you book rather than after: those are arranged by hand and the answer depends on the date.
We would rather tell you in advance that a Saturday in August is tight than take the booking and disappoint a party of thirty.
Mixed groups and the combos
This is where groups run into the real constraint. The rafting takes everyone from seven, but the quad, buggy and zipline stages have their own rules at the base, and the combos are priced per person with no child fare.
So a group of adults can pick any line on the ladder freely, and a group with children should send us the ages first. One message saves the argument where half the party rides and half watches.
