You can hold the place. You cannot pay for it. Nothing is charged when a reservation is made here — the fare is handed over in euros on the tour day itself — so a booking made for your parents, your grown-up children or friends arriving separately is a held place rather than a paid gift, and the traveller settles it at the river. What actually decides whether the day goes smoothly is the information you give us: the hotel written the way the hotel writes it, a phone that works in Turkey, the ages of everyone going, and a word if somebody cannot swim.

What a reservation is on this site

It is worth being precise about the thing you are giving somebody, because it is not what a tour booking usually is. There is no checkout, no card form and no charge. The reservation records who is going, on what date, from which hotel and on which option, and that record is what the day is built from.

The money is a separate event that happens later, at the river, in euros, and it happens between us and whoever is standing there. That is the operating model on both tours this site sells, and everything else on this page falls out of it.

Why you cannot pay in advance on their behalf

There is no mechanism here for paying early. We do not take a card at booking, we do not hold a deposit, and there is no balance you could settle from home so that they arrive owing nothing. If you have booked adventure days elsewhere and paid for them as a present, this will feel like a missing feature. It is the same thing that makes a free reservation possible.

It also means there is nothing to give them. We do not issue a voucher, a ticket or a gift document — none is recorded on this site, and we are not going to describe one to make the gesture feel more solid than it is. What exists is a booking under a name, and a confirmation from us.

So if you want this to be a present, the honest shapes are these: book it, tell them it is booked, and hand them the fare yourself; or go with them and pay for the party at the river. Both work. What does not work is assuming a payment page will appear later.

The four things we need from you instead

This is the part that carries real weight. A booking made by somebody who is not travelling is the booking most likely to be missing the detail the driver needs, and every item below exists because it changes what happens on the morning.

  • The hotel name as the hotel writes it. Resorts on this strip share words, and a shortened or half-remembered version is how a vehicle ends up at the wrong entrance. Pickup is included from Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent, and the driver works from the name you give us.
  • A phone number that actually reaches them in Turkey. That is the traveller's roaming number if it is switched on, or a local one — not your number at home, which is no use to anybody standing at a door.
  • The ages of everyone going. The river day is priced as an adult from 12 to 99 years and a child from 7 to 11 years, so the ages decide the fare, and the rafting itself is for 7 and over. If a combo option is involved, tell us the ages anyway: those stages have their own rules at the base and we would rather check than assume.
  • A word if anyone cannot swim. Swimming ability is not required on this river, because the life jacket is worn for the whole run and a professional guide steers every raft — but the guide should hear it from us in advance rather than from a nervous guest as the boats push off.

Whose name it goes in, and when it should be two bookings

Put the traveller's name on the reservation, not yours. The name is what we call out and what the driver checks, and a booking in the name of somebody sitting at home in another country is a small confusion that arrives at the worst moment.

Give your own phone as a second contact only if you are travelling with them. Otherwise it adds a number nobody can reach on the day.

If two households are arriving on different dates, that is two bookings rather than one with a note attached. And if the party is split across two hotels, tell us both hotels rather than picking the one you remember — we would far rather sort that out in a message beforehand than at a door in the morning.

What they will actually pay, and in what

Tell them the number before they go, because they are the ones handing it over. These are the fares on this site, per person, in euros, on the day.

  • The river day: €23 per adult, and €15 per child aged 7 to 11.
  • The river day with a quad safari, or with a buggy safari: €38.
  • Either of those with a zipline stage as well: €43.
  • The four-part package with quad, buggy and Köprülü Canyon: €48.
  • The Tazı Canyon combo, booked as its own tour: from €38.

What is not in that figure, and what happens if they change their minds

The fare covers the round-trip hotel transfer, a professional guide in every raft, the helmet, life jacket, paddle and wetsuit, a riverside open-buffet lunch and local accident insurance during the activity. Drinks are not included, and neither is the photo and video service filmed on the river, so a little spending money is worth mentioning when you hand over the fare.

And if the plan falls apart, it falls apart cheaply. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start, nothing has been taken from anybody, and a message from you or from them ends it. Booking early for somebody else is therefore a low-risk thing to do — which is the real argument for doing it at all.

Can I pay in advance so the tour is a gift?
No. No card is taken at booking and there is no way to settle the fare early, so the reservation holds a place rather than buying one. If you want it to be a present, book it and give them the fare, or travel with them and pay for the whole party at the river — those are the two versions that actually work.
Will you send a voucher or ticket they can print?
We do not issue one. No voucher, ticket or gift document is recorded on this site, and we would rather say that plainly than describe a piece of paper that does not exist. What they need on the day is the booking name, the hotel and the fare in euros.
Whose name should the booking be in?
The traveller's. That is the name the driver checks and the name we use, so a booking under yours creates an avoidable confusion at the hotel door. Add your own number as a second contact only if you are going too, since a phone that rings in another country helps nobody on the morning.
They are staying at a different hotel from the rest of us. Is that a problem?
Not if we know. Give us every hotel in the party rather than the one you remember best, and do it when you book instead of on the day. Pickup is included from Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent, and a hotel we have not been told about is the one thing that cannot be sorted out at short notice.
What if I get somebody's age wrong?
Tell us and it is corrected. The river day is priced as an adult from 12 to 99 years and a child from 7 to 11 years, so an age error is a fare error rather than a lost booking — and since the fare is paid on the day, correcting it beforehand simply means the right number is expected at the river.
