What happens when you book
- You choose a tour and a date, say how many adults and children are coming, and leave a name, phone number, email and hotel.
- The reservation reaches our system straight away and you get a reference on screen and by email.
- We confirm your pickup time before the day — that part is not automatic, because it depends on the collection run.
- You pay on the day, in euros, once you are with the team.
Why we take no prepayment
Every reservation from this site is booked as pay-on-the-tour-day. It is not a promotion and there is no deposit tier: there is simply nowhere on this site to enter a card, which also means there is nothing here to phish and no payment step to go wrong on a hotel wifi.
The practical effect is that reserving early costs you nothing. If the weather turns or your plans change, you have lost nothing but a message.
Cancelling
Free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure. Message us on WhatsApp with your reference and it is done — there is nothing to refund, because nothing was taken.
Inside 24 hours, tell us anyway. Raft places and transfer seats are scheduled per person, so the earlier we know the better, but you will not be invoiced.
If we cancel
If the river level, the weather or road conditions make a departure unsafe, we move you to another date that suits you or cancel it entirely at no cost. That decision is the guide team's and it is not negotiable — which is the point of having it.
Booking for a group
The form takes a party at once, so a family or a group of friends books in a single reservation. If you are more than a boatful, or you want the whole party in the same raft, send us the numbers on WhatsApp before you book and we will tell you what is possible on your date.
