Rain is not automatically a cancellation
You are going to be wet and cold either way — that is what the wetsuit is for — so a grey morning on the coast is not by itself a reason to call the day off.
What does stop a departure is the river or the road, and that judgement is made by the people who run the boats, not by us and not by the forecast on your phone. If they say no, the day does not run, and no amount of wanting it changes that.
If you cancel
- More than 24 hours before: free, no questions, nothing to refund because nothing was taken.
- Inside 24 hours: tell us anyway. Raft places and transfer seats are scheduled per person, so the earlier we know the better — you will not be invoiced.
- How: a WhatsApp message with your reference. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into.
If we cancel
You choose: another date while you are still here, or nothing at all. Neither costs you anything, and there is no voucher to chase because there was never a payment.
We would rather lose the booking than run a day the guides are unhappy about, and we would rather tell you the evening before than have you standing in a lobby at dawn.
What we will not pretend to know
What the weather will do on your date. We do not publish a season-by-season forecast, a best month or a water temperature, because none of it is recorded on our side and the guess would read like a promise.
What is on record: the tours run all year, every day of the week, and the Köprü is cold even in high summer. Beyond that, ask us close to your date and you will get whatever the guides actually know.
